Elle Kayley

Elle has been coaching since 2009 (11 years). She holds an FA Level 2 badge and Youth Module 3 award. She is currently working towards her UEFA B licence. She has a degree in Sport, Exercise and Nutrition from Northumbria University and has a real enthusiasm when it comes to coaching.

Elle has a full time job in coaching a variety of sports as well as football. She has previously coached at Haslingden St Mary’s
, Haslingden Girls and Accrington Stanley Girls and Ladies.

Elle has experience of coaching all ages from 2 years old to the over 50’s category. She loves football and has a passion to help improve each player she meets whether that’s as a person or a player. She believes St Joseph’s Ladies has the perfect platform to make a difference to all the players involved and loves managing the team.

Simon Woodford

Simon is a Level 2 coach with the FA Youth Module 3 award and is also a football scout.


Simon first started coaching in 2007 where he took up the role of head coach at Blackburn Eagles junior football club and was manager of the u14's and a coach for the u16's. Simon also coached with Sir Tom Finney u12's and was first team manager at Old Blackburnians in 2010.


Simon first stepped into the womens game as a coach for Preston North End Ladies in 2010 before later becoming the Manager, he moved onto become assistant manager at Bury Women before joining the coaching team at st Joseph's in 2018.
Simon believes in creating an environment where all players can learn, develop and reach their full potential while having fun.


"I really feel at home coaching at st Joseph's, and the ladies are such a great bunch to coach, they bring the best out of me".

Jordan Haworth

Jordan has been coaching since 2013 (7 years) and holds the UEFA B coaching licence, he has a degree in sports business and coaching at UCFB Burnley/Ethihad Campus and also completed a btec level 3 extended diploma football studies course at Myerscough college

He started coaching at Huncoat u13's after completing the FA level 1 badge in 2013, he went on to complete the FA level 2 badge the following year during his 2nd year at college, progressed with the same huncoat united team until being offered the opportunity to manage the under 11's side in 2018, he joined the ladies team in september 2017 and along with coaching the ladies side and under 11s he went onto the UEFA B course July 2018 which he completed in May 2019.
